I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Today we have been making a poster. I have made a poster that is about the 1886
eruption of Mount Tarawera.
If you cant read this it says:
June the 10th there was an eruption on Mount Tarawera. Over 120 people died.
The smoke went up to 10km high. The ashes went up with the smoke. A 17km rift split Mount Tarawera in two.
