In cooking on Friday, 21 May, my group made Crepes with Nutella and bananas on top. I love them they had a really good texture and they were fluffy and a little bit mushy inside, we could’ve cooked them for a bit longer but we started cooking other ones. I loved working with my group because they have their own opinions of how they want to do stuff and they listen to each other all the time. I could never ask for a better group.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Cooking making Pikelets
On Friday the 14th of May I baked Pikelets in cooking class. We used a raising agent to make the pikelets rise. My team worked together to make them. This guy in my group whisked the eggs and sugar together and this other girl cooked them with a teacher aid in my group. We made some really great pikelets but I think we could have done better. ( I will not be naming names because I do not know if the people in my team would like me to say their names on my blog post ).
